FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is your late policy?

Out of respect for our schedule and other guests, we enforce the following late arrival policy: • If you are 15 minutes late for a manicure, we will only be able to offer a basic nude gel overlay and no designs. • If you are 20 minutes late for a pedicure, we will provide a smart dry pedicure only, without gel polish. • If you are 30 minutes late to any appointment, it will be automatically cancelled, and 100% of the service price will be charged as a late cancellation.

What is hard gel manicure/pedicure?

A hard gel manicure uses a type of gel that cures (hardens) under a UV or LED lamp and is strong enough to build length or add structure to the natural nail. Unlike soft gel (like regular gel polish), hard gel can't be soaked off — it must be filed off. Stronger than gel polish – great for adding durability Can extend the nail – like acrylics, but safer, lighter and more flexible Cures under a UV/LED lamp Requires filing to remove (not soak-off) Often used for overlays or extensions

How long does hard gel last?

We typically recommend scheduling a refill every 2–3 weeks to maintain the health of your natural nails, as overgrown product can lead to damage. That said, if your manicure lasts 4 weeks — we're happy for you! Our product manufacturer offers a 7-day guarantee. If you notice any lifting within those 7 days, please contact us and we'll gladly fix it free of charge. If the issue occurs after 7 days, we unfortunately can't take responsibility, and a repair will require an additional fee.

Is Russian and Ukrainian manicure the same?

In general, it's the same thing, it's not about the country, it's about the technique. There is a combined manicure and a hardware manicure. Most people do a combined manicure, where we use scissors and a cutter. Hardware manicure (machine manicure) is performed only with a nail drill bit without cutting with scissors. Combined manicure is more common. The hardware technique is more complicated and it is easier to injure a person. But some of our masters have two techniques and can perform a manicure with the technique that is safer for you.

What is dry pedicure technique?

Ukrainian cleaning technique, smart disc with replaceable files for heel exfoliation, lightweight moisturizing mousse, soothing towel for relaxation, quick foot massage while applying foot cream

Do you sterilize your tools?

Of course! Our tools go through 3 stages of sterilization: cleaning, disinfection, sterilization. At the first stage, we clean our tools from coarse dust and skin residues. The second stage: we put the instruments in an ultrasonic washer where they are re-cleaned and disinfected. The third stage is sterilization. When the instruments are completely dry (we leave them overnight), we wrap them in a craft bag and put them in an autoclave for sterilization. We care about your health and safety!
