SERVICE POLICY

Your satisfaction means the world to us! If you're not completely happy with your nail service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We'd love the chance to make things right and will be happy to offer a complimentary touch-up with your original technician after a quick consultation.

LATE POLICY

Out of respect for our schedule and other guests, we enforce the following late arrival policy: • If you are 15 minutes late for a manicure, we will only be able to offer a basic nude gel overlay and no designs. • If you are 20 minutes late for a pedicure, we will provide a smart dry pedicure only, without gel polish. • If you are 30 minutes late to any appointment, it will be automatically cancelled, and 100% of the service price will be charged as a late cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We completely understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance – this helps us make that time available for other clients. Of course, we know that life can be unpredictable, and we're always happy to be flexible when possible. However, if we don't receive at least 1 hour before your scheduled time, or if you don't show up for your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee may be applied to the card on file. If you confirmed your appointment but did not show up, or cancelled on a same day a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.

APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATIONS

As a courtesy, we do our best to send reminders ahead of your scheduled visit. However, we kindly ask that you keep track of your appointments on your own as well. In case you don't receive a reminder, this does not exempt you from our cancellation guidelines. If you notice any issues with receiving messages from us, feel free to let our team know so we can make sure your contact information is up to date.
